At Kin Ship Goods, we want you to love your apparel as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
